Casual gaming is a huge industry. More than 200 million people worldwide play casual games via the Internet. In 2007, the world wide connected casual games industry had revenues in excess of $2.25 billion on mobile, PC, Mac and Xbox LIVE Arcade platforms.
Doc Clock, the fourth title released by Stickmen Studios, is a game of pure inventiveness. We were approached to create a site to showcase the Doc Clock in all its quirkiness.
Interaction
Doc Clock, The Toasted Sandwich of Time, has a unique feature – time shifting. Using this paradigm, Vizualise mimicked the game’s time shifter allowing the user to navigate the website in the same way you manipulate time in the game. The interactive website offers the hardened game lover video footage, downloads, tips and tricks and chances to win. Enough to keep them hooked until the release of Doc Clock 1.5.
Impact
Doc Clock has been a hit, receiving great reviews from even the harshest of critics like the The Cynical Brit. With the game rolled out across platforms in stages, it was hit hard by seasoned gamers eagerly awaiting it’s release.
