Design choices can be daunting, especially when it comes to kitchens. With kitchens being the single largest investment of any new home or renovation, customers seek that extra reassurance they’ve made the right decisions. Kitchen Studio wanted to take the hassle out of the decision making process by help customers design a dream kitchen within their price range.
Interaction
Using the latest flash technology, we built an online Kitchen Planning Tool that not only helped customers make real time decisions on colour and finish, but also generated an estimate on price. Acting as an online salesperson, the Kitchen Studio Planning Tool walks the customer through the design process in simple intuitive steps.
Impact
The visualiser was an instant success.
Since its launch in 2008, the site has surpassed even the most optimistic forecasts in terms of leads generated and customer satisfaction levels with a peak of 464% website traffic growth and an average site / brand experience lasting 4.12min.
