Wrightson Seeds is the leading forage seed business in Australia and has been involved with seed production, distribution and marketing since 1938. With an extensive range of seed products, Vizualise was asked to deliver a site that could communicate their offerings in a clear and simplistic manner. It was important that the site design reflected the brand values of the company and that information was easily accessible for both customers and sales representatives.

Interaction

Wrightson Seed customers were able to navigate through a large range of seed products and collect visited pages as resources in a custom application called ‘My Pages’. At any stage, the customer (or sales rep), could export their list of My Pages to a pdf resource for print. A retailer finder was developed that allowed customers to find stockists within a postcode radius – a huge asset within the vast rural area of Australia.

Impact

The Wrightson Seeds website sent out a strong brand message to all it’s competitors. The design of the site was well in advance of any within the Australian agriculture industry. This gave Wrightson Seeds a competitive advantage in terms of brand recognition and credibility within the market. The site had clear call-to-actions from the welcome banner through to the sales representative profile page, increasing online enquiries and strongly aiding site usability.
